TEAM CONTRACT

The following agreement constitutes of 5 members in Navy Seals;

• Udeshani Rathuwithana
• Chamantha Ubewarna
• Rajitha Perera
• Tharindie Hapuarachchi
• Geeshani Perera

This contract binds the team members towards the company rules, policies and procedures which will promote equality, consistency in or to precede the journey to achieve set tasks and team goals, effectively and efficiently through enthusiasm.

The  role of each team member is clearly defined. Each member will work within the scope of the contract.

Expectations

  

• Members are expected to respect and appreciate fellow members.
• Members are expected to complete delegated tasks within the deadlines drawn.
• Members are expected to work in unity with discipline.
• Members are expected to communicate often, as it is a key element leading to success in must business scenarios.
• The leader is expected to duly supervise the work and take responsibilities to make sure activities are in line with the drawn plan.
• Members should try to minimize wastage in all possible means which helps the business to achieve a green policy as it grows.
• Each member is expected to understand the gravity of the team contract and formally adhere to it by all means. 

Code of Conduct

Attendance

• It is crucial that all members punctually attend to all meetings. If any member is unable to attend on the ground of reasonable excuse, she/he should inform the team leader hours prior to he meeting.
• The date, time & venue of the next meeting should be informed to the members at the end of the current meeting. Any amendments needed by a member will have to be informed within 24 hours.  

Participation

• Each member should equally take part in decision making and other activities.
• Decisions are made with professionalism and concisely, which will lead to fewer conflicts. In case of conflicts, team members should discuss promptly for a compromise.
• Delegation of tasks between members should be fairly reasonable which is within the capacity of members, 
• Each member should put maximum effort and perform their tasks delegated to have a successful output.

Policies and Procedures

• All members must confirm to the contract and understand the gravity of it.
• Each member should be accountable for their part of the team; if a member fails the team should collectively decide a penalty for such breach of contract.
• All team members should show respect to each other when making decisions and taking part in other activities.
• Communication should be a necessary component between the ream members. In other words all team members should be updated in each others.
